Our mission is to establish and maintain a comprehensive community service agency with a diversified funding source that will serve the needs of veterans, their families, and other needy individuals of the community.


To preserve and enhance the name of the American GI Forum and the National Veterans Outreach Program by instituting total quality management and community goodwill through every program.


Establish innovative programs of service for the contemporary needs, through an expansion and growth policy that will seek complimentary services that will generate self-sustaining mechanisms for the organizations.


Ever changing short-term and long-term objectives that measure the progress of the organization i.e., Foster a housing development division to accomplish at least 100 units of affordable housing within five years; and to maintain an array of human services programs that include job training, counseling, veterans affairs, and family services.


Integrity – Integrity is at the forefront of everything we do for our clients and our community
Innovation -- We continuously pursue innovation to best serve our community
Customer Service – We provide quality customer service to veterans and families
Professionalism – Professionalism is the standard we hold ourselves to in communicating with and serving our clients
